Mark Feldhamer is an expert in SyteLine APS and all aspects of SyteLine and CloudSuite Industrial, including Accounting, Manufacturing, Back Office, Job Cost, Scheduling and Planning, and Features and Options Configuration. He has been referred to as an “APS genius.” With more than 30 years focused on technologies in manufacturing and 25 years experience in project management, Mark has been involved in more than 200 implementations of Syman, Symix and SyteLine. Licensed Progress Programmer, Versions 6 - 8, Mark is also certified in Production and Inventory Control (APICS CPIM) and Integrated Resource Management (APICS CIRM).
Mark Miracle is the Vice President of Sales for LogicData. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, and subsequently earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, Mark spent the next 25 years in both sales and general management roles for small and large companies in the business services and technology industries. The knowledge that he gained from this diverse experience enables Mark to correctly assess client needs and offer the best solution for a successful ERP implementation.
Caleb Arrants leads our team of experts for installations, upgrades, programming, and technical troubleshooting of SyteLine/CloudSuite Industrial. He and his team of programmers create the modifications that address the unique requirements of your enterprise, while his team of DBA/IT experts ensure your system is functioning optimally. Caleb has lived in Colorado his entire life and attended the University of Colorado. Caleb is also an accomplished musician who performs regularly in various Colorado venues.

She spent 15 years as the Director of Finance in the manufacturing sector, so she is very familiar with the ins and outs of manufacturing. Laura Ann also spent 7 years as a SyteLine Implementation Project Manager, where she developed implementation strategies for medium to large multi-site ERP implementation projects. Her experience will bring true expertise to your project. She received her B.S. in Accounting from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C. Laura Ann resides in Virginia, where she was born and raised.

However, for a basic configuration of SyteLine annual subscription pricing can begin at approximately $18,000 annually for a minimum of 10 users or a one-time cost of $20,000 plus annual maintenance for a minimum of 5 users in an on-premise deployment. A primarily self-directed implementation of such a basic configuration, although not recommended, can likely be achieved for approximately $30,000. LogicData recommends our standard “train-the-trainer” implementation approach which is estimated to start at roughly $65,000 for a basic implementation.
