With CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine (CSI) you have an ERP system specifically designed for your industry right off the shelf. Our specialties include aerospace, medical devices, industrial equipment, food & beverage, metal fabrication, injection molding, specialty vehicles, field service and more.
Deploy in the Cloud as Software-as-a-Service, on premises on your own equipment, or hosted off-site.
This not only facilitates growth, but gives you and your enterprise a greater likelihood of success now and into the future. With CSI you get:
Cost of software and implementation will vary based on many factors such as user count, functionality requirements, deployment (on-premises or SaaS), implementation methodology, customization, data conversion, integration and internal resources.
For a basic configuration of CSI in the cloud, annual subscription pricing begins at approximately $24,000 for a minimum of 10 users. For an on-premises deployment of SyteLine alone, the minimum is 5 users with a perpetual license one-time cost of $20,000 plus annual maintenance.
A primarily self-directed implementation of such a basic configuration, although not recommended, can likely be achieved for approximately $30,000. LogicData recommends our standard “train-the trainer” implementation approach that is estimated to start at roughly $65,000 for a basic implementation. For further information on pricing specific to your needs, please contact us at 303-694-4400.
As with software costs, implementation time is also dependent on numerous factors, such as number of users, number of sites, modules to be deployed, client resources, legacy data conversion, and any integration with 3rd party systems.
Key to determining a timeline is how your implementation is designed: Is it possible to bring sections of CSI on line incrementally, or must the whole system be brought on line for a single go-live event. Breaking your implementation project into smaller projects can give you a much faster return on investment and an easier project to implement.
LogicData offers multiple implementation methodologies that can be adapted to your specific needs and resource availability. Considering a very basic implementation of just the core functionality of SyteLine, and employing a LogicData managed implementation approach, time to value can be achieved in as little as 3-4 months. A full implementation of all core SyteLine functionality utilizing a standard implementation approach, and assuming full client resource availability, can generally be completed in 7 to 9 months for a mid-size manufacturer. Larger implementations spanning multiple sites with an international presence can take a year or more.

Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine (CSI) is the flagship product of the Infor CloudSuite family. Focused on mid-market manufacturers, this ERP solution integrates your company’s sales force, accounting, manufacturing, distribution, and after-market service into one comprehensive environment saving you time and money while allowing for stable growth.
SyteLine is built entirely on Microsoft tools: SQL Server and .Net languages. It runs in current web browsers, such as Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
Infor’s Mongoose Framework provides a low code/no code wrapper that allows your team to add your unique requirements to the data and logic of the system. Existing user forms can be edited. New user forms can be added. New tables and columns can be added to the database and accessed on existing forms or your new forms. Reports can be modified and new reports created.
This means you can adapt the system to your business, rather than requiring you to force your business to fit the software.
If your employees can’t use the solution easily, there will be little adoption of it. SyteLine’s (CloudSuite Industrial) innovative user interface gives you the power to access the data that is light years ahead of other systems.
“SyteLine is a user friendly ERP solution with a good interface. The forms are self explanatory and easy to use.” – Christine E.
SyteLine’s Mixed Mode manufacturing support makes certain you are not boxed into one style of manufacturing. All modes are supported simultaneously across the same shop floor.
Extensive multi-site capabilities truly sets SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) apart in the mid-market, supporting multi-plant operations with.
The turbo-charged pace of today’s manufacturing requires rapid, perfectly synchronized access to accurate, critical information. To manage your enterprise you need a document management system that provides easy to maintain linkage between your data and your documents.
Infor’s Document Management provides:
SyteLine has been continually upgraded towards the goal of making it more user-friendly and more Cloud-friendly. SyteLine can be deployed in the cloud, as CloudSuite Industrial (CSI). CSI includes a complete suite of products to ensure your success. Infor manages the servers, security, and user access. There is also an option to run it on-premise using SyteLine. This gives complete control over the back end of the system. Most ERP systems can only be deployed one way or the other. Our ERP can be deployed in either.
The core technology of SyteLine makes it easy to personalize. We hesitate to use the word modify, because historically when you modify software you’ve locked yourself into that version of the software. With the new toolset, you can be on SyteLine 9 and upgrade to SyteLine 10 and your personalizations just move along with little effort.
Infor handles upgrades with Version 10, which is referred to as “single version”. There will be no new versions of SyteLine 10. Instead, Infor will release monthly builds of SyteLine 10 that contain patches and enhancements. When the enhancements are non-invasive, they will automatically appear in the system. When the enhancements are invasive, meaning they may change the way you use the software, they will be installed but turned off. The system administrator can choose when to turn them on, if at all. After the monthly builds your personalizations will just move along with the builds with minor effort. This can be done with both the SaaS and the On-premise versions, the only difference being that with On-Premise you selectively download and install the builds when you want to. On SaaS, the builds are pushed to the users automatically.
DataViews are friendly end-user reporting tool that allows any user to take the data in the system and create columnar reports with sub-totals, details, filters, and custom columns. DataViews report layouts can be saved and run as needed.
System reports can print in multiple formats, such as Word, Excel, .pdf, and XML. Specific reports can be scheduled to run daily, weekly, or monthly and automatically emailed to the user.
As an executive of the firm, no matter where you are, you still have that management report that you need to run the business. With this system, there is no need to call the office and have the report run and sent. You will have access to it automatically on your schedule.
Navigation within SyteLine is incredibly straightforward. Menus are available that organize the system into logical modules. Also included are Role Based Home Pages so users can start in a home page with key information and links to the areas of the software that role would typically access.
Frequently visited forms can be bookmarked for quick access. And with the “Open a Form” tool, you can go directly to any form in the system by just typing a portion of its name and selecting from the list.
Searching for data within SyteLine is more straightforward and requires fewer keystrokes than any competitor. You can easily filter any form to bring back records based on your selection criteria. You can also search for all related records system wide.
The technology and usability features of CSI are built on top of a deeply functional and robust ERP system. CSI can benefit a broad array of manufacturing styles, from engineer-to-order to build-to-stock, from job shops to large project control, from single locations to multi-site multi-national operations. It is nice having an ERP system that you won’t outgrow.
